Having agreed to buy a property, you’ll probably be excited and want to get the keys without delay!

We’ll do all we possibly can to rush things through for you, but what we don’t do is cut corners, ignore the red tape and let you take on problems that would otherwise be missed.

If you're having a new mortgage to buy your home, you can help us by chasing your mortgage lender or broker regularly to ensure we receive your written mortgage offer promptly.

Oh, one more important point; until contracts are exchanged and your seller is legally committed, either party can decide not to go ahead... so we suggest you don’t book your removals or make any further financial commitments until we let you know it's ok to do so.

Finally, when you collect your keys on completion, don’t forget to take meter readings on arrival to ensure the various providers do not overcharge you.
