You’ll probably be excited and want to move without delay!

Right from ordering your Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) so you can market your property, to collecting the keys to your new place, we’re here to help you through all the necessary red tape.

You’ll need to help us by completing quite a few forms at the beginning, but once these are done you can relax and leave us to do the rest!

We’ll do all we possibly can to rush things through for you, but what we don’t do is cut corners, ignore the red tape and let you take on problems that would otherwise be missed.

If you're having a mortgage to buy your new home, you can help us by chasing your mortgage lender or broker regularly to ensure we receive your written mortgage offer promptly.

Oh, one more important point; until contracts are exchanged and your buyer and seller are legally committed, anyone can decide not to go ahead.... so we suggest you don’t book your removals or make any further financial commitments until we let you know it's ok to do so.

Finally, on your moving day, don’t forget to take meter readings at both properties to ensure the various providers don't overcharge you.
